§ Mr. PadleyOur Atlantic Nuclear Force proposals are under discussion among interested members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation in the Paris Working Group. We consider the Atlantic Nuclear Force to be the best solution so far suggested to the problem of associating the non-nuclear members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation more closely with the Western deterrent.
