§ Mr. Russell Johnstonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what representa- 137W tions he has received urging that ambulances within his jurisdiction should be painted a uniform colour for ease of indentification; and what is his policy on this matter.
§ Mr. RossNo representations have been received by me or the Scottish Ambulance Service. All the Service's fleet of vehicles are at present painted a uniform colour of blue, except two older ambulances painted in the colour previously adopted by the Service which are due to be replaced at the end of this year. Then all Scottish ambulances will be a uniform colour.
