§ Mr. George BrownI would refer my hon. Friend to the White Paper (Cmnd. 2808) published earlier this month on the arrangements under which certain sectors of industry, private and nationalised, are asked to notify the Government of proposed increases in price and to defer these while the justification for them is examined.
