§ Sir F. SoskiceForeigners proposing to visit this country are not refused admission merely because they hold controversial political views. If, however, a foreigner's purpose in coming here is likely to prove prejudicial to the national94W interest, the question of refusal must be considered. Cases are decided individually on their merits.
