Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations why Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom, in view of 39W their responsibility for Rhodesia, did not arrange, in accordance with precedent, for the laying of a wreath on the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday in London in rememberance of the Rhodesians of all races killed in two world wars.
§ Mr. BottomleyOn Remembrance Sunday wreaths were laid in remembrance of all Commonwealth dead of the two wars. There is no precedent for a representative of an illegal regime to participate in this ceremony, but a wreath was laid by the Colonial Secretary on behalf of all British Territories.
