§ Mr. Gurdenasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science, if, in view of the unrest in the teaching service and the need to determine the priorities in education, he will advise the setting-up of a Royal Commission to examine what resources, both human and financial, can be made available to remedy the present deficiencies.
