§ Mr. Francis Noel-Bakerasked the Minister of Health (1) what further steps he proposes to take to keep the public aware of the dangers of cigarette smoking, as promised in the National Plan, and to curtail advertisements for cigarettes;
(2) what steps he proposes to take to intensify the campaign to restrict smoking in public places, as promised in the National Plan.
