§ Brigadier Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department why he continues to keep Prisoner 6810 Holmes in confinement after the completion of his original sentence.
§ Miss BaconHolmes has not completed his sentence, which is one of life imprisonment. He was released on licence on 13th February, 1964 and recalled to prison on 10th July, 1964. My right hon. and learned Friend has not so far felt able to authorise his release on licence for a second time, but he is reviewing the case again.
