§ Mr. CrossmanThere is great potential for growth on the south bank of the Humber; and the special review referred to on page 97 of the National Plan will include among its urgent tasks a study of the possibilities offered by Humberside and by other areas which might be suitable for large scale development. Any specific proposals will have to be considered in the light of that review.
