Mr. Gresham Cookeasked the Minister of Transport if he will give the details of the name of the appellant, the decision appealed against, and whether the Minister has reached a decision on the appeal outstanding at 31st March and referred to on page 5 of the Annual Report of the Traffic Commissioners 1964–65 in appeals against area mechanical engineers on certificates of fitness.
§ Mr. Tom FraserThis appeal was by R. L. Orsborn and Son Ltd. against decisions of the Certifying Officer for the East Midland Traffic Area limiting to three years the duration of the Certificates of Fitness issued for two vehicles. My decision to dismiss the appeal was issued on 1st June, 1965.
