§ Mr. RossThe Scottish Ambulance Service offers a reasonable service to the public, but improvements always can be and are being made. The older types of ambulance are gradually being204W replaced by new improved models and I am considering proposals made by the Service following the review I requested earlier this year with the aim of introducing full double manning and better assistance with stretcher cases.
