§ Mr. Tom FraserAdministrative arrangements exist under which insurance companies inform licensing authorities of the identity of vehicles in respect of which claims have been settled on the basis of total loss. This is a matter raising various issues, to which I referred in my replies to my hon. Friend, the Member for Manchester, Blackley (Mr. Rose) on 16th June.
