§ Mr. MacCollRoad access to Dawley has hitherto been considered in relation to an eventual population in the new town of 90,000. The question may have to be reconsidered following the recommendation in the West Midlands Study regarding the possible expansion of the adjoining areas of Oakengates and Wellington.
