§ Mr. Hoosonasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government, if he will extend the period allowed to river authorities to deal with applications for licences of right to abstract water, in view of the large number of licences received.
§ Mr. MacCollMy right hon. Friend is aware of the difficulties which have arisen and he is consulting the interests mainly affected by such an extension.
