§ Mr. Roy JenkinsInternational carriage as defined in the Warsaw Convention of 1929 is governed by the provisions of that Convention as scheduled to the Carriage by Air Act, 1932. Similar provisions were extended to other types of carriage by the Carriage by Air (Non-International Carriage) (United Kingdom) Order, 1952, made under that Act.
