§ Sir F. SoskiceThe Interdepartmental Committee on Drug Addiction is already considering certain aspects of the general problem and I propose to await its report before considering, in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health, whether further inquiry into the particular factors likely to cause drug dependence and addiction is needed.
