asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will now announce the reconstitution of the Scottish Housing Advisory Committee.

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland, if he will now announce the names of the members of the Scottish Housing Advisory Committee, and indicate the Committee's terms of reference.

The remit of the Committee will be to advise the Secretary of State on any questions relating to housing in Scotland which he may refer to them; and at the Committee's first meeting my hon. Friend the Joint Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State who is to be Chairman of the Committee will suggest a number of questions which require examination.
