§ Mr. HoyThe increase in the guaranteed price for fat cattle will benefit the industry as a whole. Other changes in the guarantee arrangements will affect individual producers differently, depending on the time they sell their cattle218W and on the relationship between the market price and the standard price. These changes are intended to influence the production and marketing plans of producers.
