§ Mr. K. RobinsonThe hon. Member is under a misapprehension. The figure he quotes relates not to the number of all male patients under treatment at clinics, but to a sample of male cases of gonorrhea only treated in 1961. A similar study in 1964 gave a figure of 49.6 per cent.
National statistics do not show the number of persons under treatment at any one time nor the country of origin nor length of stay in this country.
