asked the Prime Minister whether he will, as a regular routine, place in the Library a copy of any public speech which he makes either in this country or overseas.

No, because, among other reasons, many of my speeches are preparedex tempore or from notes and no complete text exists. I will, however, continue to meet specific requests from hon. Members when I can.
