§ Sir M. Galpernasked the First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Economic Affairs if he will refer to the Prices and Incomes Board the 6 per cent. increase in electricity charges proposed by the South of Scotland Electricity Board and the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board.
