§ 80. Sir M. Galpernasked the Secretary of State for Scotland, in view of the incompleteness of the voters' roll in Ayr resulting in substantial omissions of voters' names whereby ratepayers who 47W for years had voted regularly were prevented from doing so at the recent municipal election, if he will hold an inquiry into the reasons for the inaccuracies in the preparation of the electoral roll.
