§ Mr. CrossmanIn a circular of which I am sending the hon. Member a copy I have set out a number of means by which I expect to secure more industrialised building by local housing authorities. More than one in five of all dwellings started in the first quarter of this year by local authorities and new town corporations are being built by industrialised methods.
