§ Mr. Lomasasked the Minister of Health what progress has been made in the training of teachers for mentally handicapped children.
§ Mr. K. RobinsonThe Training Council for Teachers of the Mentally Handicapped, set up last year to promote training and approve courses, has approved four already existing courses organised by the National Association of Mental Health and five new courses at colleges of further education, of which three started last year and two will start this autumn. The Council hopes to arrange for others to start next year.
