§ Mr. Tom FraserThe Railways Board have not sent me advance particulars of this proposal under the special arrangements I announced in my statement of 4th November. I am referring the borough council to the further statement I made today in which I said that I would consult the regional Economic Planning Councils and Boards about any passenger closure proposal on which a decision has not yet been taken.
