§ Mr. John MackieNearly all of the senior officers in the Livestock Husbandry group of the National Agricultural Advisory Service have had basic training in genetics, and one has undertaken a post-graduate course in population genetics. They are in frequent contact with and have ready access to specialists in genetics.
