§ Sir L. Thomasasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what replies he has given, and on what dates, to the National Staff Side of the Whitley Council letters of 14th January, 1965, and 3rd March, 1965, which asked for discussions to be authorised for the purpose of preparing a scheme for the implementation of the full reckoning for pension purposes of un-established service which is followed by established service.
