§ Mr. Patrick Jenkinasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether, consequent upon the acceptance by the Government of the recommendation of the Hamilton Report that the flying schools at Perth, Kidlington and Elstree should be approved for commercial pilot training, he will issue general advice to local education authorities that students accepted for training at such schools should normally be entitled to grants.
§ Mr. CroslandI shall be consulting the local authority associations shortly about awards for these students.
