§ Mrs. CastleAll developing independent non-Commonwealth countries in Africa are eligible for technical assistance under Class II Vote 9C of the Civil Estimates 1965–66. Assistance is given in response to specific requests from their Governments and may take the form of the provision of British experts, training courses for their nationals in the United Kingdom, the supply of training equipment, and feasibility and other economic surveys.
