§ Mrs. CastleThe composition of the Council is as follows: a nominee from each of the United Kingdom universities, normally the Vice-Chancellor or another senior member of the university; the Educational Adviser to the Ministry of Overseas Development; and co-opted members chosen for their special knowledge of overseas affairs or of subjects important in the curricula of overseas universities.
