§ Mr. Loughlin£850 was spent, mainly on double-glazing and mechanical ventilation to eliminate excessive condensation, from Exchequer funds allocated to the Liverpool Regional Hospital Board for capital expenditure; the technical specification was drawn up by professional officers of the Board in collaboration with a private Consulting Architect. I do not think any investigation by my Department is called for.
