§ Mr. HoyThese pesticides may still be sold for some uses. If my hon. Friend has evidence that sales are being made for uses that have been discontinued, perhaps he would let me have full details. All the restrictions are, of course, voluntary and there are no powers to impose a legal prohibition, but the organisations concerned have agreed to co-operate in giving effect to the restrictions.
