§ Mr. CroslandThe Government, after consulting the University Grants Committee, accept the broad objectives of the Report of the Committee on Latin-American Studies. The precise scale and pace of developments in this field will require further consideration and the University Grants Committee have been asked to enter into discussions with the Universities and to put forward detailed proposals.
