§ Mr. JayIn the interests of recruitment and management, I have decided to integrate the staffing arrangements of the Export Credits Guarantee Department with those of the Board of Trade. The necessary arrangements will be worked out in consultation with the Staff Associations through the normal Whitley machinery. The Export Credits Guarantee Department will remain a separate unit for operating purposes.
