§ Mr. Orbachasked the Minister of Aviation what steps the Air Registration Board is taking to satisfy itself that its requirements are being carried out by British United Airways, in particular, Air Navigation Order No. 60, Issue 2, 1.8.61, which specifies that a sufficient number of skilled engineering staff, including appropriately licensed aircraft engineers, must be available for the work to be undertaken.
