§ Mr. Tom FraserIn February Cheshire County Council as my agents submitted a report on alternative alignments for the North Cheshire motorway of which this by-pass will form part. This report is being studied. It is too soon to predict a date for publication of a scheme under section 11 of the Highways Act 1959.
