§ Mr. Rhodesasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many appeals against their household rating assessments were submitted between 1st April, 1963, and 1st April, 1964, by householders in the Dene, Heaton, Walkergate, St. Lawrence, and Walker wards, respectively, in the city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
