§ Mr. George ThomasMy right hon. Friend has read the pamphlet which my hon. Friend sent to him. He is at present studying the report of the Departmental Committee on Experiments on Animals, which he received on 24th February, but he is not yet able to say when he expects to be in a position to make any statement.
