§ Mr. CrossmanI assume that the hon. Gentleman is referring to the specification of standards under the scheme operated by the National House-Builders Registration Council. I understand that the Council will publish some new standards soon, and will complete the revision of the present code after the publication of the new building regulations which my right hon. Friend the Minister of Public Building and Works hopes to make during the summer.
