§ Mr. Tom FraserThe problem of revising the existing law on the obstruction of the highway by standing vehicles is at present being examined by a working party which will report to me and to my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department. The working party includes representatives of my Department, the Home Office and the Police. I must await their report.
