§ 121. Mr. Turtonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what action he has taken on the petition of payers of drainage rates in the parish of Huntington for a review of the area of the River Foss Internal Drainage Board under Section 36 of the Land Drainage Act, 1961; and when he anticipates the matter will be determined.
§ Mr. HoyA petition was made to the river board who consequently reviewed the boundaries of the district as required by the Act. The board has now intimated its intention to submit to my right hon. Friend within the next few weeks a scheme to alter those boundaries. Until it publishes this scheme and interested parties have had an opportunity to make representations, I cannot estimate when the matter will be determined.
