§ Mr. Joseph SlaterNo. With hundreds of millions of items to bring to account it is unfortunately impossible to avoid occasional mistakes in telephone bills, but the number of such errors is small and there is no case for issuing a warning 57W to subscribers in the London West or any other Telephone Area. I should like to take this opportunity of expressing my regret for the mistake which was made in the hon. Member's own telephone bill which was sent to him in February.
