§ Mr. BoydenOne of the aims of the legislation to which my right hon. Friend referred on 9th November, 1964, in reply to a Question from the hon. Member for Folkestone and Hythe (Mr. Costain), is to improve the quality of the administration of building regulations. We are considering how best to achieve this aim.
