§ Mr. Buckasked the Minister of Overseas Development what steps she proposes to take to help Malayan overseas pensioners who retired on or after 1st January, 1955, to ensure that they receive an increase in their pensions under the Pensions (Increase) Act 1962.
§ Mrs. CastleThe Schedule to the Overseas Service (Pensions Supplement) Regulations, 1963, will be amended shortly to apply the provisions of the Pensions (Increase) Act, 1962, to overseas pensioners who retired from Malaya between 1st January, 1955, and 31st March, 1961.
