§ Mr. James GriffithsA survey of this area has been carried out, largely upon the initiative of the University College, Swansea, with the Nuffield Foundation as principal sponsor. It is hoped that the report of the project will be available before the end of the year, and I would like to see what conclusions the report puts forward before making a statement.
