§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe Report of the Lighthill Committee on short range minimum cost air transport was completed early in 1964, and further research work is being undertaken as a result of the Committee's conclusions and recommendations. I do not propose to publish the results as the Report contains detailed information which might be of use to potential foreign competitors.
