§ Mr. Tom FraserTraffic counts over a period of six months show that on Saturdays and Sundays the average traffic flow between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Cromwell Road, between Warwick Avenue and Exhibition Road is about 70 per cent. of that on weekdays.
