§ Mr. GreenwoodWith regard to the first and second parts of the Question, there are no agreements other than the normal working arrangements which exist between the police forces of different countries for the detection and prevention of crime. With regard to the last part of the Question, I am not aware of any case where four fugitives from South Africa are to be tried in Basutoland for crimes alleged to have been committed in South Africa.
