HC Deb 02 March 1965 vol 707 c212W
Captain Kerby

asked the Postmaster-General whether, in view of the interest in British and European usages of broadcasting wavelengths, and the fact that there is inefficient use of allocated frequencies, he will initiate an investigation of the position, so that new policies may be formulated if shown to be required.

Mr. Benn

The bands allocated under international agreements for broadcasting in Europe are being very fully utilised.
