§ 80. Mr. Miscampbellasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how many assessments of properties in Blackpool by the valuation officer have been varied on appeal.
§ Mr. MacCollBy 26th February courts of the North Lancashire Local Valuation Panel had given reductions in 371 appeals by ratepayers arising from assessments in the 1963 valuation lists: following appeals to the Lands Tribunal by the valuation officer against these decisions the assessments were restored in 37 cases.
